User support and infrastructure are priced separately, with hardware and licenses disclosed when applicable.
ACH payment, no surcharge
Ordinary ACH processing and billing administration are included in service prices. No card checkout. A separate signed bank mandate is required before any debit.
Taxes, exemptions, and legal review
Taxes depend on destination and product classification. Exemption certificates must be verified. No automatic additional nonprofit service discount. The MSA/security exhibits are still counsel drafts, not binding terms.
